The first theme of the conference cycle on Africa led by the Research Network on Innovation (RNI) and L’Harmattan, « Education: the base of economic development in Africa » aims to present an overview of on Education in Africa, presented as the key to its growth and development. A broad theme given a divided Africa punctuated by weak links, we will address its main issues through its conditions of effectiveness, its currently erected policies, its sometimes contested figures, and its relationship with the current population explosion.
