Innovation Systems and Policies for Inclusive Development in Developing Countries
Inaugural symposium of the Research Network on Innovation South of the Sahara (RRI Sud du Sahara)

Following the creation in 2023 of the Research Network on Innovation in Sub-Saharan Africa (RRI Sub-Saharan Africa), under the direction of Babacar Ndiaye (Amadou Mahtar Mbow University, Senegal), with the aim of bringing together as many academics, researchers, students, and practitioners as possible from all the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa, the RRI Sub-Saharan Africa is organizing an inaugural event to launch its activities through a conference on the theme ‘Innovation Systems and Policies for Inclusive Development in Developing Countries.’
The conference will take place on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at the Amadou Mahtar Mbow University campus in Diamniadio (Dakar, Senegal). This scientific event will host Professor Vanessa Casadella, Vice-President in charge of organizing the Research Network on Innovation (RRI), whose contribution will seal the integration of the RRI of Sub-Saharan Africa into the RRI, and more specifically into its RRI Global structure (http://2ri.eu)
